The offer
This small family winery keeps the 100-year tradition of their ancestors alive and it is a perfect place for a teambuilding or spending a free time during conference. With respect to original values the winery produces authentic wines from its own vineyards stretching across the region of Doľany. A great experience is not only the degustation itself, but also the tour through the original water mill. The old mill, built in the 16th century and owned by count Pálfy of Červený Kameň (Red Stone), offers a fairy-tale atmosphere. The current owners - the Demovič and Soós family - have rebuilt the old mill and now successfully produce authentic wines with the taste of terroir. Wines are processed without any further refinement and reach their potential through natural maturing with no acceleration processes. Magic of the charming mill Beside the traditional mill technology, about which you can learn from the narrative of Mr. Ervín Demovič, you can also find a folkish room from the 19th century. If you wonder how exactly the flour was ground in the past, then you can be glad to hear that every degustation includes a tour of technologies, such as raceway and filling technologies. You will never forget the atmosphere of this place! Every year, the winery prepares several cheerful events in the 100-year-old barn. You can use the area of the Mill with a capacity of about 20 guests throughout the year. From May to September you can drink and eat in a 100-year old bar which has a capacity of up to 60 people. In case of favourable weather, you can sit outside in the shadow of old apple trees. The Wines from the Mill winery has a great experience in preparation of tastings and refreshment, which can be prepared according to your wishes. Whether you like the traditional roast goose with homemade „lokše“ or you would prefer a more modern catering for your clients, you can definitely turn to them with any request. Nothing is impossible in this fairy-tale winery.
