Three-day incentive
The city, castle and local producers
Explore the interactive website ↗
Day 1 · arrive, connect and taste Trnava
After check-in, use a guided walk as a relaxed first shared experience. Combine the historic centre with a café stop or a small cultural visit, then a welcome dinner. A hosted wine experience can introduce local producers without overloading an arrival day. Keep the walking route and start time flexible for different arrivals.
Day 2 · Smolenice, castle and forest
Build the day around an arranged castle experience and choose one outdoor activity: a park walk, Molpír or a suitable forest route. Driny Cave is an alternative with its own entry schedule and walking approach. Add lunch and a pre-booked Včelco visit. Provide a gentler option and a weather plan; a mountain hike need not be compulsory for everyone.
Day 3 · gardens or vineyards before departure
Choose Dolná Krupá for roses, honey and a hosted meal, or Suchá nad Parnou for a winery programme at Terra Parna. For a manor-and-hospitality finale, consider Voderady and GOYA Vitality. Select one area and leave a buffer for departures. Book group access, languages, food and transfers in advance; rose flowering and outdoor formats are seasonal.
Give each day a different character
Let Trnava introduce the people and history, use a countryside day for gardens, a castle or archaeology, then choose wine country or an active outing for the final shared experience. The contrast gives the visit variety without requiring distant destinations. Select activities by the interests and fitness of the guests, with room for informal time together.
A reward programme should offer choice
Provide an active and a lighter option where useful, reuniting the group for a meal or a hosted tasting. Use the related destination pages to choose the experience, then the supplier profiles to discuss a private format. Confirm guiding, exclusive use where requested, transport, meals and an alcohol-free alternative before presenting the final package.
